Brian & Mary Ann Guinn at Elkin CreekBrian & Mary Ann Guinn enjoyed a wine tasting at Elkin Creek Vineyard in 2013.

It’s that time of year again, when the Surry Wineries host the Winter Wine Passport. It is a great opportunity for wine enthusiasts to visit several wineries in Yadkin Valley, to sample old and new vintages. Brian and I have attended this event since it was “Deck the Halls”. Our picture was taken a few years ago, and we became the poster couple for the event.

The Winter Wine Passports are valid November 25, 2016 – March 19, 2017.

The Passport includes a complimentary tasting from all the participating wineries/brewery, keepsake handmade glass charms, and discounts on wine purchases.
