Mindful Movement is an easy way to explore greater strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. Christopher will guide you in simple breathing practices and gentle movement, all with the support of a chair. Good for all levels and abilities. We conclude with a restful seated meditation. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. You’re gonna feel better!
