Winter Retreat for Family Caregivers

Join us as we offer caregivers a special day with activities to nurture the mind, body and spirit! The day will include stress management techniques such as chair yoga, group discussions to build community, and an engaging presentation about the health benefits of essential oils. Registration is required as space is limited as lunch will be included in the day.
