
Timothy J. WebsterTimothy J. Webster, Co-CEO of Operations for Greensboro-based Kintura, North Carolina’s largest not-for-profit senior living organization, has been honored with the 2025 Spiritus Award by the Presbyterian Association of Services for the Aging (PAHSA). The award, presented during the LeadingAge annual meeting in Boston, recognizes Webster’s faith-driven leadership, compassion, and lifelong dedication to advancing the aging services field. Webster expressed gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing that leadership is a team effort and crediting his colleagues for their shared commitment to serving older adults with excellence.
Webster’s distinguished career began in 1994 with The Presbyterian Homes, Inc., where he rose from Vice President and CFO to President and CEO before leading the organization through its rebranding to Brightspire and eventual merger with Well-Spring Group to form Kintura in 2024. Upon the retirement of Co-CEO Steve Fleming in January, Webster will become Kintura’s sole CEO, overseeing an organization serving more than 3,100 residents and employing over 2,100 team members. Colleagues and board members praised Webster’s authenticity, humility, and dedication, calling his leadership both visionary and deeply personal.
