Painting with Water Soluble Oil Paints

Avoid using turpentine or other toxins with this oil-like medium. Bring a favorite vintage kitchen object and combine with other still life objects from the Bell Campus castaway collection of odds and ends! We will discover the unique nature of these paints through color mixing and blending techniques. Each participant will paint one medium sized painting on canvas board.

Instructor Betsy Renfrew is a CAN-NC Teaching Artist with a studio at Bell Campus. She loves upcycling old things and transforming them into new and exciting art. She has worked with diverse populations and encourages individuals to move at their own pace.
