Cambridge Village of Apex and WakeMed Health & Hospitals have recently partnered to bring WakeMed services on-site to Cambridge Village residents and local residents. The partnership puts several key WakeMed services and experts directly onsite in Cambridge Village.
Among the services coming to Cambridge Village are:
- WakeMed Healthworks Fitness & Wellness which is a fitness center and medically directed exercise program for adults age 45 and over. This is open to the public as well as Cambridge Village residents.
- WakeMed Physician Practices-Physical Therapy includes physical therapy and occupational therapy. This program too is open to the public and Cambridge Village residents.
- WakeMed Home Health & Supportive Health Care Services offers the on-site support services that help Cambridge Village residents recover from an illness or procedure and allowing them to “age in place” at Cambridge Village.
