In the month of January two seminars offer ways to deal with winter blues and how to de-clutter your home.
Studies show that many people struggle with “winter blues” or SAD disorder. To address this important issue, Abbotswood at Stonehenge will focus on mental and physical well being with tips from experts. Johnny Richards and Keith Vaughn, Bereavement Coordinators from Heartland Hospice, a division of ProMedica, will offer useful tips on the dos and don’ts to avoid those winter blues and provide suggestions to help you weather the winter season in mind, body, and spirit.
Guests and residents at Abbotswood at Stonehenge will learn about the benefits of organizing their life and home, both which contribute to better mental health. Organizing Specialist Linda Newport will be sharing valuable tricks and tips on decluttering your home before moving into a senior living community.
Abbotswood at Stonehenge is a beautiful, Independent Living Community located in North Raleigh.
